You'll receive detailed instructions via email 24 hours before your arrival, including your unique access codes for both the building and apartment. Our team is available 24/7 if you need any assistance during check-in.
Both the building entrance and apartment door use secure digital access codes. You'll receive these codes 24 hours before arrival. Simply enter the code on the keypad at the building entrance, then use your second code for the apartment door. No physical keys needed - everything is seamless and contactless.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Simply leave the apartment as you found it, ensure all windows are closed, and the door is locked. No need to return keys or wait for inspection - close the door and you're done. We'll send you a check-out reminder the evening before your departure.
Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available depending on our cleaning schedule and previous bookings. Please contact us at least 48 hours before arrival to request early check-in - we'll do our best to accommodate you at no extra charge, subject to availability.
Pet policies vary by apartment. Some of our properties welcome well-behaved pets with prior approval, while others do not allow pets. Please contact us before booking if you're traveling with a pet, and we'll confirm which apartments are pet-friendly and any associated fees.
Yes, we accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is processed securely through our booking system. For longer stays (30+ days), we also offer bank transfer options. Full payment is typically required at the time of booking.
Absolutely. You'll receive a 24/7 emergency contact number in your pre-arrival email. Our team is always available to assist with any urgent matters during your stay, whether it's a maintenance issue, access problem, or general question. We typically respond within 15 minutes.
Our serviced apartments are located across Zurich’s most convenient and well-connected neighborhoods, including District 11 Oerlikon and District 6 Unterstrass. Each listing shows the exact neighborhood and proximity to key landmarks, transport, and amenities.
All our apartments are within walking distance of supermarkets (Coop, Migros), bakeries, restaurants, and public transport stops, including trams, buses, and trains. Most locations are 3-5 minutes from tram, bus, or train stops, with excellent connections across Zurich. We provide a neighborhood guide with each apartment showing nearby amenities and transport links.
Parking availability varies by location. Some apartments include private parking spaces (typically CHF 20-30 per day), while others have street parking nearby. Public parking garages are also available throughout Zurich. Please check the specific apartment listing for parking details, or contact us to arrange parking in advance.
